CrossPoint Church began with a desire to return to the essence of church life by reexamining the first century Church as explained in the book of Acts. The first century church was simplistic. Its focus was on meeting the needs of the people. Christians lived in close communities: they were undistracted in their generous giving, devotedness to prayer, the reading and preaching of the Word of God, and singing to God.

Our Mission

We Strive to Live Out Christian Love in Our Spiritual and Physical Communities.

Our Vision

CrossPoint began with a desire to return to the essence of church life by reexamining the first century Church as explained in the book of Acts. The first century church was simplistic. Its focus was on meeting the needs of the people. Christians lived in a close communities: they were undistracted in their generous giving, devotedness to prayer, the reading and preaching of the Word of God, and singing to God.

Therefore CrossPoint is loving first. Love is what is missing from almost every church's mission statement. However, Jesus simplified our duties in that, we are to love God with everything and love people like we do ourselves. We are to be loving. Mark 12:28-34.

CrossPoint is biblical. Our church holds to the Bible as the preeminent, authoritative living word of God; for it has the power to change our lives and form us into the people we ought to be. Matthew 4:4; Luke 11:28; Acts 6:7; Hebrews 4:12-13.

CrossPoint is simplistic. Throughout the book of Acts there is a clear truth: the early church believed in simple ministry.

CrossPoint is responsive. Living out biblical, simplistic love requires us to be responsive to the needs of the people God has placed in our care.

Therefore, our vision focuses us on love, evangelism, discipleship, responsiveness, and reproduction.
